Yes — our office is open and staffed around the clock. You can check in at any time of day or night.

Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID and the credit or debit card you'll use for payment. Your confirmation email or reservation number is also helpful.

Yes! We welcome well-behaved pets. There is a $20 per pet, per night pet fee added to your reservation total. Please declare all pets at the time of booking.

We ask that pets not be left unattended in rooms and that owners clean up after their pets on the property. Damages caused by pets may result in additional charges.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Cash payments are also accepted at the front desk.

Payment is collected at check-in. When you book online, you'll receive a confirmation — payment is processed when you arrive at the front desk.

A 12% tax is applied to all room charges and pet fees. This is shown in your price summary before you complete your booking.

Yes. Room rates are slightly higher during summer (June–August) and slightly lower during winter (November–February). The exact price for your dates is always shown before you confirm your booking.

You can cancel using the link in your confirmation email, or by calling us at 620-256-6351. Your confirmation email contains a unique cancellation link for your reservation.

Every room includes a flat-screen TV, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. All rooms also have a private bathroom with tub/shower.

We are located at 2745 US Highway 75, Lebo, KS 66856 — right on US-75 for easy highway access. We're about 30 miles from Emporia and a convenient stop between Topeka and Wichita.
